Webformers is a web design and business automation agency based in West Yorkshire, UK. We build premium websites and intelligent business systems for local businesses. Our contact email is hello@webformers.co.uk.
What data we collect
When you submit our contact or review-request form, we collect:

- · Your email address and phone number (if provided)
- · Your website URL (if provided)
- · The services you are interested in
- · Your message
- · How you heard about us
We do not collect any data through cookies or tracking scripts beyond what your browser sends by default. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics platform.
How we use your data
We use the information you submit solely to:
- · Respond to your enquiry
- · Send a confirmation email to acknowledge your message
- · Log your enquiry in our internal records to manage our pipeline
- · Follow up with you if appropriate
We will never sell, share, or pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Where your data is stored
Enquiry data is processed by n8n (our automation platform) and stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Webformers. Confirmation emails are sent via Resend.
We receive a notification of each enquiry via Telegram. No enquiry data is stored within the Telegram message beyond what is necessary to follow up with you.
How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry data for as long as is necessary to manage our client relationship or respond to your enquiry — typically no longer than 24 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
