About Webformers
I started this because the website was never the point.
I\'m Michael Leonard. I started Webformers after building Psycheia, an AI-led digital platform and the internal AI operating system that runs my own projects, workflows and specialist agents.
I\'ve spent years around small businesses, and I know the problem is rarely a lack of effort. It\'s usually a lack of joined-up systems.
All of it taught me the same thing: the website is only the front door. The real value is in what happens after someone clicks, fills in a form, books a call, or asks for help.
Most local businesses don\'t need AI hype. They need better systems, enquiries captured properly, follow-ups handled faster, admin cut down, and a clear view of what\'s actually going on.
